Larger firms generally focus on corporate growth and maximizing shareholder value. It is only natural for a sales culture to emerge under these circumstances. Our extensive experience with a large MFDA firm only served to reinforce this premise and it was our choice to be Financial Advisors to our clients.

This goes to the very core of our culture at Redwood Capital Management. Our primary aim is always to do what is best for the client. We feel strongly that sales contests and incentives are unacceptable in our industry and may serve to compromise professional ethics. We prefer not to have these contests. Our advisors all receive competitive compensation packages that do not include production incentives. You will have the option to run your practice as you see fit. What a novel concept!
